Skinny Protein White Bean Dip
INGREDIENTS:
- 10 g Skinny Protein Mix
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 250 ml water
- 40 g toasted pine nuts
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 spring fresh rosemary (destemmed)
- 1/2 small shallot
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- a pinch of white pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
- Enjoy with some crackers or veggies!
