For this dip we used our Skinny Protein Mix which is a unique mix of hemp protein, pea protein, alfala, spirulina and moringa. Skinny Protein White Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 g Skinny Protein Mix
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 250 ml water
  • 40 g toasted pine nuts
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 spring fresh rosemary (destemmed)
  • 1/2 small shallot
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • a pinch of white pepper

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend the mixture until smooth.
    • Enjoy with some crackers or veggies!
