One of our guilty pleasures at the moment is definitely this little wake-up call in the afternoon: there's just nothing better than a delicious and energizing matcha latte made with our Power Matcha Mix.
The Power Matcha Mix provides you with your daily portion of greens, long-lasting energy, and antioxidant boost coming from raw, organic matcha. Matcha powder was first used in Asia and it's a real winner: it supports a healthy immune and nervous system, reduces tiredness, and protects your cells from oxidative stress.
The Recipe: Matcha Latte
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 5g Power Matcha Mix
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp. hot water
- 1 tsp. organic coconut sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Stir the Power Matcha Mix in hot water until you have no clumps left.
- Add the almond milk and coconut sugar in a small pan.
- Heat the milk.
- If you have one, use a frother to make the milk extra foamy.
- Pour everything into your favourite large tea cup.
- Enjoy!
