This light green smoothie will be the refreshing beverage you need after a strenuous workout. And don't let the green colour scare you off... it's really delicious! But feel free to add more fruit if you're a green smoothie newbie.

Post-Workout Green Protein Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 15 g Skinny Protein Mix
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 banana
- 150 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
