The Recipe: Pre-workout Energy Balls

Serves 1

Ingredients:


  • 1 tbsp. Energy Bomb
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup almonds


Directions:


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and roll into balls.
  2. Store in the fridge.
  3. Enjoy!
