Homemade Pumpkin Hummus Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Plant Protein mix
- 250 g pumpkin puree
- 250 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- ground cumin, paprika, sea salt, pepperÂ
- pumpkin seeds (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, garnish with pumpkin seeds, if desired.
- Serve with breadsticks or veggies.
